About BrainHub
Empowering learners with accessible, free education.
Our Mission
BrainHub was founded with a simple but powerful belief: quality education should be free and accessible to every student, regardless of background or location. In a world where study resources are often locked behind paywalls or limited to well-resourced institutions, we're building an open platform that breaks down those barriers.
We started by focusing on Zambian universities — the courses are real, the materials are curated from students and educators who've been through them — and we're growing from there.
What We Offer
- University Notes: Curated lecture notes, textbooks and resources organized by program and university
- Past Exam Papers: Previous exam papers to help you practice and prepare
- Interactive Quizzes: Topic-based quizzes with instant feedback
- Flashcards: Flip-card study sessions for fast memorization
- AI Tools: Curated links to the best free AI study assistants
- Pomodoro Timer: Built-in study timer to help you stay focused
- No Login Required: Immediate access to everything, always free
Our Values
Accessibility: We believe education should be available to everyone. No paywalls, no sign-ups, no barriers.
Quality: All materials are carefully selected and verified. We'd rather have fewer resources that are accurate than many that are unreliable.
Community: BrainHub grows with contributions from students, educators, and institutions. If you have materials to share, we want to hear from you.
Transparency: We're honest about what we are — a small, passionate team building something useful. No ads, no tracking-for-profit, no selling your data.
Our Team
BrainHub is built by a small team of students and developers who understand firsthand how hard it can be to find reliable study materials. We built the platform we wished existed when we were studying. Please visit our Team/Contributions page to learn more about us.
Get Involved
We're always looking for educators, students, and institutions to collaborate with. If you have notes, past papers, or other study materials to contribute, please contact us — you'll be helping thousands of students.
